Cancellation

The order is only allowed to be canceled before the delivery, we will process the cancel order within 48 hours after the customer applies for it and we will refund you within 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange

1. Conditions of return

*Return period: within 2 days of receiving the product.

* Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:Under what circumstances can you return or exchange the goods: the product is broken or damaged during the transportation; you receive the wrong product or missing parts.

* What information needs to be provided to apply for a return or exchange: order number, consignee, photo and video proof of the product and packaging.

2. The return process

Step 1: Please contact us in advance. We will process the application within 3-5 working days and reply you the processing result.

Step 2: Once we agree with your return or exchange application, in some situations you should send back the product to us within 5 days (we will reject all packages that without our agreement) and update us the tracking information;

Step 3 (if exchange): Once we receive the product and check the status, we will re-ship and update the tracking number within 7-15 working days.

3.Shipping fee for return

(1) What are the customer's responsibilities: customers’ personal reasons like they do not like the products or no longer need the products.

(2) What are the conditions undertaken by the website: the product is broken or damaged during the transportation; we ship the wrong products or missing parts.

Shipping

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
Your orders will be processed within 3-6 days of placement unless otherwise stated.

Yes! We do supply home delivery in Malaysia.

How many days can I get the products?

Answer: It depends on whether the product is customized, and the total number of products. Usually takes 1 to 1.5 months to arrive.

I want a bigger size, can I customise it?

Yes, we do offer table customise service, we understand that every home space could be different, you can tell us your decoration plan, the size, or the style you want by contacting us. Our professional seller or designer will come back to you with a wonderful solution.

How does the extendable table work?

It depends on the shape and the base of the extendable table. Some of the tables extend by whirling, some tables you have to lift the extendable section and push in.

Does it include chairs

No, the price of show does not include chairs. However we do sell chairs, you can search chari or contact us for a dining set discount.
