Return & Refund Policy

In DP Home, we are committed to excellence! We want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase, which is specially made to your order. If for any reason we made a mistake of printing or it is not to what was agreed upon, here is the guideline of our return & refund policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

(1) Cancellation can be done before shipment is arranged by us. You will not be able to cancel your order once shipment has been arranged.

(2) We do not accept cancellation once the customized product is in production stage.

(2) After your request of cancellation is submitted, we will process within 48 hours and refund will be made to you within 3-7 working days.

 Return/Refund/Exchange:

You may only apply for the return and/or refund/or exchange of the Item in the following circumstances:

(1) The product has not been received by Buyer;

(2) The product was defective and/or damaged on delivery;|

(3) We have delivered a product that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, missing parts etc.)

(4)  The exchanged and refund is not applicable on 'change of mind' situation.

(5) Color of actual item may be varied from the picture because of lighting and the batch of production. No refund and exchanged for the colour discrepancy.  

How to request Return/Refund/Exchange?

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange process, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receipt with a proof of purchasing (order number and receiver information) and a few photos and videos that indicate the damaged products.

Your request will be processed within 3-5 working days with a final solution.

In acceptance of return and/or exchange, you are agreeable to below:

(1) Return the products within 5 days to our designated address upon our confirmation.

(2) The delivery fees shall be borne by you.

(3) The exchange products will be shipped out from China within 7-15 working days upon received the returned products from you. The delivery lead time will be 30days to reach Malaysia.

Refund

Refund request will be processed within 3-10 working days to credit to your bank account. Kindly contact us if you do not receive your refund.

DP Home reserve the right to refuse any exchange and refund without any confirmation letter or notice from us.
